The Exam Format
Trinity Rock & Pop exams are performance-focused. Students play three songs from a curated setlist, perform technical exercises, and may face sight-reading or improvisation tasks depending on the grade. The emphasis is on musicianship, style, and expression rather than rigid perfection.
Trinity at Rhythm & Melody
As an affiliated centre, Rhythm & Melody prepares students for Trinity Rock & Pop examinations in Guitar, Drums, Piano, and Vocals. Our instructors are experienced in the exam syllabus and have helped numerous students achieve Distinction grades. We handle exam registration and provide all study materials as part of our training.
